Dr. Feibelman, MD FCCP
Dr. Feibelman was born in Mississippi and received his MD from Ole Miss. He spent time in residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine and has called Florida home ever since.
Triple board certified in Pulmonary, Internal and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Feibelman has garnered vast arsenal of clinical experience, and is thrilled to bring his expertise to the Palatka Medical Community.
In his spare time he enjoys walking, fishing, reading when he has time, and, of course, walking his dogs.
Donna, Clinical Manager
Donna has over thirty years of clinical nursing experience that has always been patient focused. She understands the apprehension that is a common occurrence when it comes time to visit the doctor. Donna is firm believer that a friendly face and a warm attitude can ease that tension.
Born and raised in Palatka, Donna knows this town and knows its people. She's seen it change and is thrilled to join the team at Putnam Pulmonary to bring her love for medicine to Palatka.
Donna enjoys hiking with her small team of huskies around the neighborhood in her spare time.
Peggy-Jeanne, Business Manager
Peggy-Jeanne was born and raised in Palatka, and is excited to join Putnam Pulmonary Practice as business manager.
Peggy's face is the first you'll see when you walk into the office, and she is delighted to offer her many years of experience to patients throughout the Putnam County community. She is also excited to work with Dr. Feibelman who she has known for over 30 years.
When she isn't tackling the ins and outs of the office business, Peggy-Jeanne enjoys long walks, days at the beach and spending time with friends and family.
